Robert & Celestia Hoover Scholarship Application

Applicant must fulfill all requirements in order to be considered for the scholarship. 

Qualifications are as follows:

1. Minimum 2.5 cumulative high school GPA
2. Must be a "Foundation Hero" student
3. Two letters of recommendation from one or more of the following: Pastor, Administrator, Educator, or Business leader.
